Greek Yogurt Tart

Ingredients
  

Tart Base

  • 1 cup quick or rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp honey

Filling

  • 1 cup flavored Greek Yogurt of choice
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate

Instructions
 

  • For the base, mix all base ingredients together until a sticky consistency. Press firmly in a 15 cm Tart pan.
  • Add the Greek yogurt on top. Freeze for 30 mins. Decorate with the fruits before serving!
