Healthy Meghle

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup fine rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 tbsp sugar or dry sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp caraway
  • 1 tsp anise

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything in a saucepan. Stir while on medium heat until mixture is thick (around 10 mins).
  • Pour in your cups and refrigerate until firm (around 1 hour)
  • Decorate with shredded coconut and raw nuts and enjoy!
