Healthy Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes really well and cut them like wedges leaving the skin on.

  2. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and oregano.

  3. Put in a pan and pour just a little bit of water in the pan but don't cover them.

  4. Bake in the oven (200°C) for 30-40 mins until well cooked and enjoy!
