Strawberry Banana and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large frozen banana cut in half
  • 1/2 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup spinach fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup water divided

Instructions

  1. In a blender, pour 1/4 cup water followed by half your banana and your strawberries. Blend until smooth then pour into your glass.

  2. In the same blender, pour the remaining 1/4 cup water followed by your second half of banana and your spinach. Blend until smooth then pour over your strawberry-banana smoothie and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

If your blender struggles to blend everything with 1/4 cup water, add more water until it blends well.
