2 Ingredients Banana Pancakes

Main Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 regular egg


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla


  1. Mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
  2. Add the egg and all other ingredients then mix well.
  3. Spray a non stick pan with a bit of cooking spray (or a bit of oil) and scoop around 2 tbsp of the batter. Cook on each side for around 30 secs to 1 min.

Recipe Notes

Serve with maple syrup or honey!

Optional: add any kind of berries or raisins.
