Warm Banana Oatmeal

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk liquid, or water
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla


  1. Mash the banana with a fork and set aside.
  2. Put oats, milk or water and sweetener (if any) in a pot over medium heat. Heat until the oats have absorbed all the liquid (it will become thick).
  3. Reduce heat and add mashed banana to mixture with cinnamon and vanilla.
  4. Pour in a cup and enjoy while warm!
