Hey guys! My Healthy Watermelon Sorbet recipe is here! It has only 2 ingredients and a lot of you already guessed it right on my Instagram post.

All you need is watermelon and lemon juice. I don’t like to add ant sweeteners to my sorbets because sorbets are fruit based, and fruits are already sweet. But it’s all a matter of preferance. You can add honey if you like a bit sweeter.


Healthy Watermelon Sorbet
Ingredients
- 3 cups seedless watermelon cubed
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions

Place watermelon and lemon juice in your food processor. Blend until smooth.

Mixture is too liquid so using a strainer, discard the water from the mixture. Now you have watermelon juice (that you can drink) and the more solid part (sorbet).

Put the sorbet in an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
