Hello everyone! I think Pistachio Butter is the world’s underrated nut butter! I made my own Homemade Pistachio Butter and I really can’t get over how good it is. Pistachios are my second favorite nuts (after cashews, so expect a cashew butter soon) and I wanted to honor them by making this healthy sugar free homemade pistachio butter!
Nut butters are super easy to make and sometimes you only need 1 ingredient: nuts. You blend them in your food processor until they release all their oil and become a paste aka butter here.
Also, I made peanut and almond butter before (recipes are on my Instagram : @ghinasbakings) and this one is as easy! I toasted the pistachios to bring out the flavor, blended them then added a bit of honey for some sweetness and a pinch of salt to bring out the flavor! I enjoy mine with bananas, berries, chocolate… anything really!
