Hello everyone! So few days ago I experimented with this pancake recipe and OMG! It’s my favorite so far! Banana Oatmeal Pancakes that are adapted from my 2 Ingredients Banana Pancakes.
In this pancake recipe, I added some sweetener to give the pancakes some sweetness because my banana was not too ripe. But if you have a very ripe banana (aka brown or black), feel free to leave the sugar/sweetener out because your banana will be sweet already. The oats on the other hand, give a grainy texture but I loved it! If you prefer a smooth pancake then blend the batter in a blender before putting them in the pan.
I served mine with a bit of honey and raisins but you can serve it with maple syrup and any type of fruits you want!
