Summer is almost here which means one thing: ICE CREAM. Weather is really hot here in Lebanon so this chocolate ice cream was much needed. Super easy to make with only 3 ingredients!! I prefer this over the store-bought chocolate ice cream. Plus, it’s healthier and has no added sugar! All the sweet taste is from the ripe bananas which is perfect.
Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream
- 10 small frozen ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
In a food processor, blend the bananas until creamy.
Add the cocoa powder and vanilla. Process until well combined.
Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
