- 1 small banana
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 tbsp peanut butter creamy or crunchy
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup yogurt plain
- 2 small dates chopped
- 1/4 cup water
