Easiest healthiest cookie ever! After my 2 ingredients banana pancakes I’m bringing you the 2 ingredients giant cookie! No oven needed you just mix bananas with oats and pop into the microwave. It can’t get easier! Nor healthier, duh.
2 Ingredients Microwave Cookie
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 15 dried raisins or chocolate chips, optional
In a microwave safe dish, mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
Add the oats and mix until combined.
Shape into a cookie and top with whatever you want (I used dried raisins)
Microwave for 45 secs first, then keep microwaving for 15 secs intervals until it gets a bit firm (mine took 3 × 15 secs).
