This was the first time I try chia pudding and I was not disappointed. I love frozen yogurt and this one tastes just like strawberry frozen yogurt (yummay!). The combination of yogurt or milk with healthy strawberry jam is healthyliciously delicious! Only 4 ingredients needed to have a healthy breakfast to kick off your day. It can also be prepared a day ahead if you don’t have time in the morning!

Strawberry Chia Pudding

Servings 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt plain
- 1/3 cup strawberry jam homemade
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp sugar or dry sweetener of choice
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix the yogurt/milk with chia seeds and sweetener. Refrigerate overnight.

The second day, the pudding should be thick. Decorate and layer a cup as you like. I placed strawberry jam then chia pudding then jam. Crushed almonds on top.
