These brownie bars are the healthiest brownies you’ll ever taste! They are great for “on the go” healthy snack or breakfast because they’re so simple and easy to make. The combination of dates and cocoa powder is amazingly delicious and gives a great energy to start your day or to regain energy throughout the day!
- 1 cup raw nuts
- 1 1/3 cup dates soft and pitted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until fine crumbles form.
Transfer the crumbles to a Ziploc bag and roll out the dough from inside the bag then refrigerate for 30 mins until firm enough to cut.
Cut into bars or any shape you want.
Chocolate chips can be added before or after rolling. Feel free to experiment with different nut combinations!
