These pancakes are amazing for a healthy sweet breakfast. Everyone in my family ask me to make it for them! They are so easy and flavorful. All you need is 2 ingredients: bananas and eggs, with the spices you like! It really can’t get any easier!
2 Ingredients Banana Pancakes
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 regular egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
Mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
Add the egg and all other ingredients then mix well.
Spray a non stick pan with a bit of cooking spray (or a bit of oil) and scoop around 2 tbsp of the batter. Cook on each side for around 30 secs to 1 min.
Serve with maple syrup or honey!
Optional: add any kind of berries or raisins.
