Hey everyone! I’m back with my super easy healthy recipes! These 3 Ingredients Peanut Butter Cups are so good to be true! Only 3 ingredients to make a healthier version of my favorite candy bar!
Peanut butter and chocolate go really well together. So you can imagine how good these little treats are! I made something similar last year and it was such a hit also! The Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups but this one is an oil-free version!
I used a high quality 75% dark chocolate and I encourage you to do the same because it tastes a.m.a.z.i.ng. Peanut butter is natural peanut butter without added oil nor sugar! That’s why I used honey to make it a bit sweeter.
- 120 g dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt half of the chocolate.
- Divide evenly between 6 silicone cupcake liners. (You can use paper liners but grease them first with a bit of butter or oil). Refrigerate until set.
- Microwave the peanut butter and honey until mixed together. Divide evenly over the chocolate. Refrigerate again until set.
- Melt the remaining chocolate and cover the peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate one last time until firm.
