Ingredients
Caramelized Bananas
- 1 small banana cut to pieces
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tbsp honey
Semolina Porridge
- 1 cup semolina
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- In a pan on low heat, melt the coconut oil with 1/2 tbsp honey. When melted, add the bananas and leave on 1 side until golden. Flip and leave them on the other side to golden too. Take off heat, put in a plate and set aside.
- In the same pan, add all the semolina porridge ingredients. Stir on medium heat until thick. Decorate with the caramelized banana, some chocolate chips and sesame seeds and enjoy warm!
