Semolina Porridge with Caramelized Bananas

Caramelized Bananas

  • 1 small banana cut to pieces
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tbsp honey

Semolina Porridge

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water


  • In a pan on low heat, melt the coconut oil with 1/2 tbsp honey. When melted, add the bananas and leave on 1 side until golden. Flip and leave them on the other side to golden too. Take off heat, put in a plate and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add all the semolina porridge ingredients. Stir on medium heat until thick. Decorate with the caramelized banana, some chocolate chips and sesame seeds and enjoy warm!
