Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup raw nuts of choice
- 1/4 cup dried raisins
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in bowl until well coated.
- Put the granola on the baking tray and bake for 30 mins, stirring it very 10 mins so it does not burn. Bake until golden brown.
