Healthy Granola

Servings: 2 big jars

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup raw nuts of choice
  • 1/4 cup dried raisins
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Combine all ingredients in bowl until well coated.
  • Put the granola on the baking tray and bake for 30 mins, stirring it very 10 mins so it does not burn. Bake until golden brown.
