Strawberry Chia Pudding

  • 1 cup yogurt plain
  • 1/3 cup strawberry jam homemade
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp sugar or dry sweetener of choice


  • In a small bowl, mix the yogurt/milk with chia seeds and sweetener. Refrigerate overnight.
  • The second day, the pudding should be thick. Decorate and layer a cup as you like. I placed strawberry jam then chia pudding then jam. Crushed almonds on top.
