Healthy Watermelon Sorbet

Chill time: 2 hours
Servings: 3 people

Ingredients

  • 3 cups seedless watermelon cubed
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Place watermelon and lemon juice in your food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • Mixture is too liquid so using a strainer, discard the water from the mixture. Now you have watermelon juice (that you can drink) and the more solid part (sorbet).
  • Put the sorbet in an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
