Servings: 1 bowl
- 1/2 cup frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut to garnish
- Place all ingredients except the shredded coconut in a blender and blend until the texture is thick and creamy like ice cream.
- Pour into a smoothie bowl and top with fresh strawberries, bananas and shredded coconut.
