  • 1/2 cup frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut to garnish


  • Place all ingredients except the shredded coconut in a blender and blend until the texture is thick and creamy like ice cream.
  • Pour into a smoothie bowl and top with fresh strawberries, bananas and shredded coconut.
