Servings: 6 cups
- 1/2 cup fine rice
- 4 cups water
- 4 tbsp sugar or dry sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp caraway
- 1 tsp anise
- Mix everything in a saucepan. Stir while on medium heat until mixture is thick (around 10 mins).
- Pour in your cups and refrigerate until firm (around 1 hour)
- Decorate with shredded coconut and raw nuts and enjoy!
