Healthy Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Wash the potatoes really well and cut them like wedges leaving the skin on.
  • Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and oregano.
  • Put in a pan and pour just a little bit of water in the pan but don't cover them.
  • Bake in the oven (200°C) for 30-40 mins until well cooked and enjoy!
