Servings: 1 cup granola
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup quick oats or rolled
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut unsweetened
- 2 tbsp raw nuts chopped
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 tsp water
Instructions
- Mix everything in a microwave-safe mug, microwave for 1 minute. Stir then microwave again for 30 seconds and enjoy!
