Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quick oats or rolled
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp raw nuts chopped
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp water

Instructions

  • Mix everything in a microwave-safe mug, microwave for 1 minute. Stir then microwave again for 30 seconds and enjoy!
