- 1 cup date paste
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup chocolate chunks melted
- Mix all base ingredients together until a dough forms. Divide to 4 equal parts. Grease 4 cupcake-like molds with some oil. Press each dough in the molds. Refrigerate while you make the filling.
- Mix all filling ingredients together. Divide between the 4 cupcakes. Refrigerate for 15 mins.
- Decorate with melted chocolate before serving and enjoy!
