Healthy Tahini and Dates Energy balls

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 500 g date paste
  • 3 tbsp tahini paste
  • 1 tbsp orange blossom water
  • 2 tbsp pistachios
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds raw or toasted

Instructions

  • Mix the date paste, orange blossom water and tahini paste in a bowl until combined.
  • Take about 1/2 tbsp of the mixture, place 1 pistachio inside and roll into a ball. Use a bit of water to keep them from sticking to your hands.
  • Coat with sesame seeds and put aside. Repeat until no mixture remains. Keep refrigerated.
