Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

Servings: 4 medium pancakes


  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp sugar or dry sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt


  • In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork. Add all other ingredients and mix until everything is incorporated.
  • Grease a pan with a bit of oil and let it heat for 1 minute. Pour a little less than 1/4 cup of batter and wait until pancake gets fluffy and brown on bottom then flip. Repeat until no batter remains.
  • Serve with your favorite fruits and some honey or maple syrup!
