Healthy Watermelon Sorbet

  • 3 cups seedless watermelon cubed
  • 2 tsp lemon juice


  1. Place watermelon and lemon juice in your food processor. Blend until smooth.

  2. Mixture is too liquid so using a strainer, discard the water from the mixture. Now you have watermelon juice (that you can drink) and the more solid part (sorbet).

  3. Put the sorbet in an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
