  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup yogurt plain
  • 2 small dates chopped
  • 1/4 cup water
