Healthy Mhalabiyeh

After my date filled fingers, I’m bringing you my healthier Mhalabiyeh (milk pudding)! Takes no time and I’m sure you already have all the ingredients! I only made a small batch but free to double or even triple the recipe. I decorated mine with crushed pistachios because I find that pistachios go really well with Arabic desserts. Nutrition facts are based on a recipe made with skimmed milk and sweetener.
