Healthy Microwave Granola

I might be obsessing a bit about microwave granola but for me, it’s one of my favorite breakfasts! So quick and easy to make with only few ingredients. I enjoy mine mostly with fruits or yogurt or even both. Feel free to add 1 tbsp cocoa powder if you want a chocolate granola! Nutrition facts are based on a recipe made with quick oats, unsweetened shredded coconut, 7 almonds and honey.
