No Bake Chocolate Almond Butter Cupcakes

Hey guys! Today I’m sharing with you the ultimate no bake cupcakes! These No Bake Chocolate Almond Butter Cupcakes are so sweet and have that yummy almond butter flavor.

These are super easy to make and you can replace almond butter with any nut butter you like! I tried it with peanut butter and it tastes just as amazing.

I like a no bake recipe and this is a great recipe if you’re just starting out and want something fun and easy to create so give it a go!

No Bake Chocolate Almond Butter Cupcakes

Prep Time 20 minutes
Chill time 30 minutes
Servings 4

Ingredients

Th base

  • 1 cup date paste
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Filling

  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

Chocolate topping

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chunks melted

Instructions

The base

  1. Mix all base ingredients together until a dough forms. Divide to 4 equal parts. Grease 4 cupcake-like molds with some oil. Press each dough in the molds. Refrigerate while you make the filling.

Filling

  1. Mix all filling ingredients together. Divide between the 4 cupcakes. Refrigerate for 15 mins.

  2. Decorate with melted chocolate before serving and enjoy!
