Cherry Cobbler

Hey guys! I’m so excited to share this recipe with you today! I can tell you it’s my new favorite summer recipe! This Cherry Cobbler is to die for.

I loooove cherries! It’a my favorite fruit! So I made this Cobbler and it’s so juicy so summary so fresh and yum!

I made a Blackberry Cobbler last year, it’s the same idea but this time with cherries and oh my! The result is jut amzing. I already made 2 pans in the weekend and I’m actually making it today for my friends too because it’s THAT good!

Cherry Cobbler

  • 2 cups pitted cherries
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Juice and Zest of 1 small lemon


  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar or dry sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp water or as needed


  1. In an oven safe dish, mix the pitted cherries with cornstarch, honey, vanilla, lemon juice and lemon zest. Set aside.

  2. Preheat your oven to 180°C.

  3. In a bowl, mix all topping ingredients. Add more water if dough is not coming together until it does. Divide the dough and place it on top of the cherries.

  4. Bake the Cherry Cobbler for 20 mins until golden brown on top (turn the oven from the up too not only the bottom the last 5 mins).

  5. Leave it to cool and you can serve it with vanilla ice cream! Enjoy!
