Pumpkin Pancakes

Hello everyone! My pumpkin recipes are still coming and today it’s my favorite Pumpkin Pancakes recipe!

Super easy to make and perfect for this weather really! I just love pumpkin and cinnamon in autumn it’s something I’m used to eat every year. That’s why I created this healthier super simple pumpkin pancakes! They are so fluffy and so tasty!

I added some chocolate chips because you can never say no to chocolate right?

Pumpkin Pancakes

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes
Servings 12 pancakes


  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips optional


  1. Whisk everything in a bowl. It's okay if batter has some lumps.

  2. Heat a non stick pan on medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter, wait until pancake bubbles then flip. (You can add some chocolate chips before flipping). 

  3. Repeat until no batter remains. Serve hot with honey or maple syrup.
