Sugar Free Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Hey everyone! These Sugar Free Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Cookies are my new favorite go-to easy super healthy and quick cookies. With all the healthy baking that I do I sometimes crave something not too sweet. So these cookies satisfy my cravings with all natural sugar!

In this cookie recipe, all the sweetness comes from the ripe bananas so make sure your bananas are super ripe (black is perfect). Now if you have a sweet tooth and want a bit more sweetness, you can add couple tbsp of honey but I encourage you to try them with very ripe bananas first!

Now the two main ingredients in this healthy recipe are the quick oats and bananas. I added strawberries because they were available, but feel free to add some raisins, chocolate or anything you like!

Sugar Free Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Cookies

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon optional
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup diced strawberries


  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the strawberries until you have a sticky dough. Fold in strawberries with a spoon.

  3. Scoop around 1 tbsp of the dough and shape like a cookie on the baking tray. Add more diced strawberries on top if desired. 

  4. Bake in preheated oven for 10 mins until dry. Let cool completely before removing from the pan.
