Hello everyone! I promised that I will be bringing you some healthy savory recipes to this blog. So after the Zaatar Grilled Chicken Breast, this is the Healthy Potato Wedges that tastes better than fries (at least for me)!
So this is a very simple potato wedges recipe that requires no effort at all. You just mix everything together, put in a pan and bake. But it’s so worth a try I promise! I seasoned my potatoes with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano but feel free to add anything you like! A friend of mine added some garlic and onion powder and they tasted DELICIOUS so get creative!
This is the perfect healthy alternative for fries and it really goes well with any dish you prepare!

Healthy Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions

Wash the potatoes really well and cut them like wedges leaving the skin on.

Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and oregano.

Put in a pan and pour just a little bit of water in the pan but don't cover them.

Bake in the oven (200°C) for 30-40 mins until well cooked and enjoy!
