Hello everyone! We can all agree that summer calls for smoothies. And I think you know me by now, I like my food to be pretty colorful so here is the Strawberry Banana and Spinach Smoothie! Only 4 ingredients for a super creamy and sugar free smoothie!
Frozen bananas have such a creamy consistency when blended that’s why I prefer using them over any other frozen fruits when I want to make smoothies or smoothie bowls (which I miss!).
We all need a summer boost in this weather so this is a super healthy breakfast or snack recipe and it’s so refreshing and cold! I wish I can take my smoothies with me to the beach because damn this would be perfect.

Strawberry Banana and Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 large frozen banana cut in half
- 1/2 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup spinach fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup water divided
Instructions

In a blender, pour 1/4 cup water followed by half your banana and your strawberries. Blend until smooth then pour into your glass.

In the same blender, pour the remaining 1/4 cup water followed by your second half of banana and your spinach. Blend until smooth then pour over your strawberry-banana smoothie and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
If your blender struggles to blend everything with 1/4 cup water, add more water until it blends well.
