Strawberry and Watermelon Smoothie

Hello everyone! I miss my healthy and quick breakfast recipes so here is a new one: Strawberry and Watermelon Smoothie! Ramadan and Eid are over so I’m back to my healthy lifestyle with new healthy recipes!

It’s summer here in Lebanon and summer means watermelon. I mean there’s really nothing more refreshing than eating cold watermelon cut directly from the fruit! Oh wait… I think there is! What about a cold watermelon smoothie with strawberries too! This quick and easy smoothie is really perfect for a day at the pool or when you really want something refreshing afternoon.

Smoothies can be as thick or liquid as you like. the secret for thick smoothies is frozen fruits. Frozen fruits give a cold thick consistency and if you prefer a liquid smoothie just add more water, you can even substitute water with milk so get creative!
