Healthy Tahini and Dates Energy balls

Hello everyone! We’re in the last week of Ramadan! Wow how time flies! Today’s recipe is a very special one: Healthy Tahini and Dates Energy balls and I’ll be making it on Eid so yeah it’s that good! These energy balls have Tahini paste and with the combination of dates and orange blossom water, they taste like Halewe! Yes the Halewe that we all adore with pistachios. That’s why I put 1 pistachio in each bite so we get the complete experience! I covered mine with sesame seeds but feel free to cover with anything you like: shredded coconut, cocoa powder…

Eid is coming and I really don’t know what to make other than these! So give me some suggestions and tell me what you’re going to make!

Finally, I’ll leave you with my takes on healthyfying (if that’s even a word) Arabic desserts so check them out!
