Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream

Summer is almost here which means one thing: ICE CREAM. Weather is really hot here in Lebanon so this chocolate ice cream was much needed. Super easy to make with only 3 ingredients!! I prefer this over the store-bought chocolate ice cream. Plus, it’s healthier and has no added sugar! All the sweet taste is from the ripe bananas which is perfect.


Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 10 small frozen ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the bananas until creamy.
  2. Add the cocoa powder and vanilla. Process until well combined.
  3. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
