I might be obsessing a bit about microwave granola but for me, it’s one of my favorite breakfasts! So quick and easy to make with only few ingredients. I enjoy mine mostly with fruits or yogurt or even both. Feel free to add 1 tbsp cocoa powder if you want a chocolate granola!
Healthy Microwave Granola
- 1/3 cup quick oats or rolled
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut unsweetened
- 2 tbsp raw nuts chopped
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 tsp water
Mix everything in a microwave-safe mug, microwave for 1 minute. Stir then microwave again for 30 seconds and enjoy!
