No Bake Date Nuts Energy Balls

The combination of dates and nuts is well known among “healthy freaks” because it gives a good energy throughout the day. I took the basic recipe and added a coconuty lemony flavor which I fell in love with! Coconut makes everything better really. Eat these dates balls for breakfast or snack and they will boost you energy!

No Bake Energy Balls

Servings 10 big energy balls


  • 1 cup date paste (or around 12 dates pitted and soaked in water for 1 hour then drained)
  • 1 cup raw nuts (I used walnuts and pistachios)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice optional


  1. Mix everything in a bowl until a soft dough is formed.
  2. Shape into balls (wet your hands with a bit of water so they don’t stick).
  3. Refrigerate for 30 mins and enjoy!
