It’s winter, it’s cosy and it’s your day off. The recipe I’m sharing is perfect for such situation! A lot of people keep telling me that they have oats and don’t know what to use them for. Here’s the deal: mix oats with water or milk and banana and spices, until you have your very own healthy breakfast oatmeal!

Warm Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 cup milk liquid, or water
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions

Mash the banana with a fork and set aside.

Put oats, milk or water and sweetener (if any) in a pot over medium heat. Heat until the oats have absorbed all the liquid (it will become thick).

Reduce heat and add mashed banana to mixture with cinnamon and vanilla.

Pour in a cup and enjoy while warm!
