Hello, this is Ghina and welcome to my healthy journey!

Struggling with my weight from when I was a young girl, I changed my lifestyle and managed to lose more than 25 kg (yay!). I did it by myself. How? I made small changes over time and now I enjoy eating whatever I want with respect to balance and portion control.
